在一家健身俱乐部Gabriele Cestra开始了他会所管理的职业生涯。1998年转行成为了Mad Dogg体育公司的首席培训师;之后的2001年至2004年间他又曾效力于诺德仕，作为该集团的培训经理;2005年至2006年他又以首席培训师的身份任职于MDA意大利公司。
2006年，Gabriele开始参与Group Cycling®单车课程系统的基础课程的编制，同时成为了Group Cycling®单车课程系统首席培训师。
Gabriele的专长是心灵训练，尤其是以实现既定目标及提高运动表现为导向的训练方式。
在他的课程中，你可以感受到他温柔的声调里所含的坚定的决心，并能体会到他的精心编排的课程所带来的不同感受。他擅长的心灵训练将能让你发现一个全新的自我。
Gabriele Cestra starts his career in the Management of health clubs.
In 1998 he becomes Master Instructor for Mad Dogg Athletics Inc. and from 2001 to 2004 Education Manager for The Nautilus Health & Fitness Group. From 2005 to 2006, still as a Master Instructor, he follows MDA Italia srl.
In 2006, he actively participates in Group Cycling® Start Up Project and he becomes a Group Cycling® Master Trainer.
His expertise are the techniques of Mental Training, especially oriented to the achievement of set goals and to the improvement of the sport performance.
During his lessons you fell that under his soft tone there is a strong base of determination and a carefully planned lesson, his expertise in mental training form can make you reach places you didn’t think possible.
