We have 30 offices around the globe delivering our programs to 16,000 gyms where they are taught by 100,000 instructors to millions of people each week. Les Mills China (LMC) represents Les Mills in China and Korea and has more than 250 fitness facilities as customers and over 600 certified instructors.

LMC is in an exciting expansion phase and is ready to launch two new product categories; LES MILLS™ GRIT and Les Mills BORN TO MOVE™, a new series of fitness classes for young people. You will be part of a team that aims to triple the number of club customers in 5 years. We seek a world-class Instructor Experience Director to unleash our Instructor Tribe. 

The Role

• Inspire and motivate our China and Korea Trainer team and Instructor team – enhancing the depth of talent within these teams

• Lead our strategic relationship with our instructors

• Seek out commercial and marketing opportunities within our instructor customer channel, particularly leveraging off our Reebok partnership

• Lead a team of Instructor Experience advisors, providing outstanding customer service and ensuring training quality and professionalism

• An inspirational leader who can develop the culture and talent of the LMC Trainer and Instructor team.  

• A passionate, results-focused leader with extensive experience within the Les Mills instructor environment 

• Bilingual -  Mandarin and English

• Proven ability to drive projects

• Strategic, Innovative, creative and commercial

• Marketing focused, with commercial ability to leverage opportunities from the Reebok relationship and instructor customer channel

This is a significant senior leadership appointment aimed at moving us toward our 2020 global goal of having 100 million people per week participating in a Les Mills health experience.
