Les Mills International (LMI) creates the world’s most popular group exercise programs. We have 30 offices around the globe delivering our programs to 16,000 gyms where they are taught by 100,000 instructors to millions of people each week. Les Mills China (LMC) represents Les Mills across China and Korea with more than 250 fitness facilities as customers and over 600 certified instructors.
And we’re just getting started.
LMC is in an exciting expansion phase and is ready to launch two new product categories; LES MILLS™ GRIT and Les Mills BORN TO MOVE™, a new series of fitness classes for young people.
You will be part of a team that aims to triple the number of club customers in 5 years. We seek a world-class Customer Experience Director to build and lead our Sales and Club coaching teams.
The Role
•Build, Inspire and lead our LMC of Club Coaches and Sales team, providing outstanding customer service and customer retention while driving new sales growth.
•Lead our strategic relationship with our club customers.
•Seek out commercial and marketing opportunities within our club customer channel, particularly leveraging off our Reebok partnership
•Lead a team professionalism.
This is a significant leadership appointment aimed at moving us toward our 2020 global goal of having 100 million people per week participating in a Les Mills health experience. We are looking for someone who has the skills and passion to contribute to our vision of creating a fitter planet.
